In what sounds on the surface like an ordeal most of us would quite like to go through, the individual concerned – known only as ‘Liz’ – ended up being rushed to hospital in a state of distress.
She told doctors how she began to worry when her orgasm seemed to continue and intensify for quite some time after sex with her boyfriend had climaxed. When two hours passed and she was still experiencing uncontrollable and relentless orgasms, her concerned other half took her to the local hospital.
When she arrived, the doctors on duty assumed she was pregnant and had gone into labor – largely due to the sounds she was making, her heavy breathing and general lack of mobility. Once they were informed this wasn’t the case however, they got to work and were able to calm the woman’s orgasms…eventually stopping them altogether.
“I started hopping up and down to see if that would do anything,” said the woman known as Liz.
“I started trying to drink wine to see if that would calm down my system. I tried just about every possible thing I could do to stop having an orgasm.”
Her full story was brought to light on the show Sex Sent Me to the ER premiered on TLC.
